Jesper Sundström

Jesper Sundström is an experienced professional in project cost management and capital expenditure, currently serving as the Project Cost Controller Manager at AFRY since December 2022. In this role, Jesper prepares budgets and monitors financial progress for new and existing facilities in various process industries, including pulp production, chemicals, fuels, and steel. Prior to AFRY, Jesper worked as the CapEx Manager at Jehander, where responsibilities included leading and coordinating CAPEX procurement projects for eleven production facilities in Sweden. Starting in the manufacturing industry as a field operator at Lantmännen Agroetanol AB, Jesper possesses a solid foundation in mechanical engineering with a Civilingenjörsexamen from Linköping University and further specialization in logistics with a Master of Science from RMIT University.
