Jico Israel Duro

Jico Israel Duro is a seasoned hardware systems engineer currently working at Hitachi Energy since October 2022, focusing on IED module maintenance and IEC60255-27 compliance. Concurrently, Jico serves as a hardware electronics engineer at AFRY, providing consultancy services while involved in a project at Hitachi Energy in Västerås. Previous experience includes a five-year tenure at NCR Corporation as a hardware electronics engineer, where responsibilities encompassed R&D, product development, and lifecycle support of electronics-secured devices. Jico has also held positions in manufacturing systems supervision and engineering at TAIYO YUDEN, technical support at 1&1 IONOS, and as an engineering apprentice at Manila Peninsula. Jico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines.
