Martin Brandenberger

Martin Brandenberger is a Senior Process Engineer at AFRY, specializing in seawater desalination and water and wastewater treatment since June 2016. With extensive experience in strategic consulting and project development in water management, Martin has contributed to various roles, including Project Engineer and Chief Operating Officer at EMETS, where innovative thermal water separation technology was developed. Additionally, Martin has served as a Strategic Advisor for Blue Energy Leap and continues to provide insight on biomass efficiency as an Advisory Board Member at TreaTech. Educational credentials include a PhD in Process Development for Catalytic Supercritical Water Gasification from EPFL and a strong foundation in Environmental Engineering.
