Victor Hutabarat

Victor Hutabarat is an accomplished Sr. Contract Manager, Consultant, and Project Manager at AFRY since May 2023, specializing in contracting strategies, tendering, contract negotiations, and management within the renewable energy sector, particularly wind and solar projects. With over 15 years of prior experience at Heerema Marine Contractors, Victor developed procurement strategies for wind energy, managed substantial subcontracting and procurement efforts, and played a pivotal role in high-stakes projects like the Ichthys project. Victor's academic background includes an Executive MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and degrees in Civil Engineering from Hanze University and Politeknik Negeri Bandung.
