Wayne Minton

Wayne Minton is an accomplished user experience designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects. Currently, Wayne serves as Section Manager and Team Lead for the UX/UI team at AFRY Experience Studios since May 2017. Previously, Wayne held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at ustwo, where responsibilities included leading design projects and mentoring designers. In a brief tenure at Hyper Island, Wayne mentored students in Interactive Art Direction through a Lean UX process. Prior roles include User Experience Designer and Manager at Sony Mobile Communications, where Wayne advanced the UX agenda and organized workshops for collaborative design. Wayne began their career as an Interaction Designer at Alloy and has also taught multimedia design at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
