Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Lead at AFS Logistics since May 2024, Alan previously held multiple leadership positions at StarTrack from February 2013 to May 2024, including National Planning and Performance Manager, Head of Customer Experience, and General Manager for the Southern Region. Earlier in the career, Alan was the General Manager Commercial at StarTrack and served as the National HR Manager at Telstra from January 1988 to November 1992. Alan's foundational education was completed at Aquinas College in Perth, WA.
