Andre Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and management. Currently serving as Head of Technology at AFS Logistics since August 2018, Andre is responsible for driving business growth through innovative technology adoption and serves as the main point of contact for IT within the organization. Prior to this role, Andre held multiple senior leadership positions at Toll Group from 2003 to 2018, including Southern Region IT Manager and State IT Manager, where strategic IT planning and performance oversight were key responsibilities. Andre began the career as a Mortgage Analyst at ANZ and holds a Diploma of Systems Technology from Spherion, achieved between 2002 and 2004.
