Sharon McDonald is an experienced leader with a strong background in customer experience and business transformation. Since June 2015, Sharon has served as the Director of Customer Experience, People and Business Transformation at Alternative Freight Services Pty Ltd (AFS), where responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Experience strategy and leading business transformation programs, along with management of HR and People functions. Prior to AFS, Sharon held several key positions at StarTrack from February 2000 to June 2015, culminating in the role of General Manager Customer Experience, where leadership included the strategic design and delivery of a business-wide Customer Experience program. Sharon also has experience as General Manager Contact Centres, National Call Centre Manager, and State Customer Service Manager at several companies, including Toll Holdings Limited and Mayne Nickless Incorporated, offering strategic oversight of customer service operations. Sharon holds an education from Assumption University.
