Ahmed Talaat

Ahmed Talaat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Delivery Management at Arab Financial Services, where they are responsible for managing the delivery team, setting strategic direction, and ensuring project quality and profitability. Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Network International as an AVP Delivery Manager Middle East, overseeing large-scale global accounts and leading core migration projects. Ahmed also served as a Project Manager and Production Support Manager at the same company, demonstrating their expertise in program and project management, process improvements, and technology implementation. In addition, Ahmed has experience as a Senior Data Warehouse and ETL Consultant Team lead at Data Gear BI, a Senior Software Developer at NPC, BI-Technologies, and Kadi Arabia, and a Software Developer at Rashideen Egypt Trade Company. Throughout their career, Ahmed has developed a wide range of technical skills and demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, deliver client requirements, and drive successful project outcomes.

Ahmed Talaat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Higher Technological Institute in the years 2003-2007. Ahmed then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2010-2013. In addition to their formal education, Ahmed Talaat has also obtained several certifications, including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), COBIT 5 Implementation, ITIL V3, and various other certificates related to coaching, feedback, and high-performance teams.
