The Field Operations team at AFSCME Minnesota Council 5, AFL-CIO is responsible for on-the-ground member engagement, organizing new members, negotiating contracts, and addressing workplace issues. As direct liaisons between the union and its members, they ensure effective communication, advocate for labor rights, and support local chapters in their efforts to enhance working conditions and secure fair wages and benefits.
