Jody Barr

Jody Barr is currently the International Vice President at AFSCME and serves as the Executive Director of AFSCME Council 4 since 2018. Previously, Jody held the position of SUOAF/AFSCME Local 2836 President at Eastern Connecticut State University, representing approximately 800 administrative faculty from multiple Connecticut State Universities from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, Jody worked as a Voice Systems Analyst at Eastern Connecticut State University and as a Voice Analyst at Connecticut State University from 1997 to 2013. Jody earned a degree from Central Connecticut State University, attending from 1993 to 2008.
