Justin DePaolis-Metz is an experienced project manager with a strong background in education and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving at AFT since May 2022, Justin has successfully managed recruitment efforts, resulting in an 800% increase at a specific worksite and collaborated on a significant grant-funded project. Prior experience includes roles as an instructor in various educational settings, where Justin implemented training strategies, increased program enrollment, and developed online learning courses. Justin's leadership extends to managing volunteers, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing community outreach initiatives, supported by a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education from Concordia College and 28 credit hours in Choral Conducting from North Dakota State University.
