Justin DePaolis-Metz is an experienced project manager with a strong background in education and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving at AFT since May 2022, Justin has successfully managed recruitment efforts, resulting in an 800% increase at a specific worksite and collaborated on a significant grant-funded project. Prior experience includes roles as an instructor in various educational settings, where Justin implemented training strategies, increased program enrollment, and developed online learning courses.
