Randy Eckard

Randy Eckard has extensive experience in the dental industry, currently serving as a Dental Practice Transition Analyst at AFTCO since December 2008, where consultation and guidance are provided to dentists regarding practice transition services. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Region Manager at Patterson Dental Supply from April 2002 to March 2005. Randy's career began at Thompson Dental Company in 1973, progressing from Sales Representative to various management roles, ultimately becoming VP of Sales and Operations from 1997 to 2002. During tenure at Thompson Dental, Randy also served as Chairman of the ESOP Trust and was a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee from 1995 to 2002.
