Tori Schwarzlose

Tori Schwarzlose is an experienced professional in program development and training, currently serving as the National Professional Development and Training Manager at After-School All-Stars since August 2015. In this role, Tori leads high-quality training initiatives, collaborates with leadership on learning needs, and designs systems for ongoing coaching and staff support. Previously, Tori held key positions as North Texas Program Director and Manager, enhancing programming and staff recruitment across multiple schools. Tori also holds experience as Assistant Director and Coach at VICTORY VOLLEYBALL CLUB INC, and has contributed to program improvement as a Quality Advisor at Dallas Afterschool. With a Master of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Texas A&M University, Tori has proven a commitment to enhancing educational and recreational experiences for youth.
