Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at After School Matters is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization. Comprising the CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, the team focuses on driving organizational growth, securing funding, and ensuring financial sustainability, all while promoting the mission to empower Chicago’s youth through transformative after-school and summer programs. They advocate for teen development, foster partnerships, and oversee the implementation of effective practices that support the organization’s goals.
