Florin Ilie is an experienced entrepreneur and software engineer with a strong background in founding and leading technology-driven companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Home Warranty Advisor, LLC, and Founder of WebsitesPros.com, After5.io, and Make It Happen Ventures, Florin specializes in custom software solutions, lead generation, and empowering individuals through technology. Prior experience includes significant roles at Spear Education, where Florin optimized digital products, and Leadpile, where Florin co-founded and grew a leading lead generation marketplace. Florin also contributed as Lead Developer at Blue Financial, designing a custom lead management system. Florin holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Oakland Community College.
