Eric Russell

Eric Russell is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in hosting and content creation. Currently serving as an Afterbuzz TV Host since January 2020, Eric moderates the Katy Keene Aftershow, oversees show segment timing, and coordinates guest appearances while conducting research for news segments. Additionally, as an On Air Host and Podcaster at The Good News Radio Station since August 2017, Eric co-hosts “The Get Right,” targeting millennials with discussions on entertainment and life hacks. Eric has also worked as a Host/Interviewer for Rich Girl Network, covering major film festivals, and previously held a freelance writing position at TheShadeRoom.Com, where Eric produced engaging content for a large audience. Eric's leadership skills are evident through the role of Vice President in the Alpha Alpha Xi chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, focusing on community engagement and membership growth. Eric holds a Master's degree in Specialized Journalism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Communications from Binghamton University.
