In 1989 a group of seasoned healthcare professionals joined together to create a new way of looking at Home Health Services — namely, to “Do the Right Thing”. Fast-forward thirty years and Aftercare Nursing Services is the only local agency that is employee-owned and has a dual commitment to our clients and to our staff. Aftercare was recognized as one of the largest Home Health Care agencies by Buffalo Business First in 2020.

Our team of experts include clinically skilled RN’s, a veteran Scheduling team, committed Independent Skills Trainers, dedicated Service Coordinators, a detail-oriented HR team, a degreed Gerontologist, and a well-respected Training Team.
