Mario Rosati

Mario Rosati has been with the Palo Alto, California law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 1971. Mr. Rosati received his law degree from Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley, and his undergraduate degree from UCLA. Specializing in corporate law for high technology companies, he serves as a director of several publicly traded companies. In 1981, he participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Task Force in the office of President-Elect, Ronald Reagan. Mr. Rosati is an adjunct Professor at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and is on the UC Berkeley Foundation Board of Trustees.
