Arthur Pearson

Arthur Pearson is a Senior Advisor at Thompson Island Outward Bound and also serves as the President and CEO. Arthur is an Afterschool Ambassador at Afterschool Alliance, a Field Consultant at National Summer Learning Association, and has previously held positions at Outward Bound USA, Outward Bound Professional Learning Lab, Energy Services Group, AllEnergy Marketing, and New England Electric. Prior to their work in the education sector, Arthur was the Program Director at Hurricane Island Outward Bound. Pearson holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a BA in English Literature from Dartmouth College.
