Joy Xi, CPA, is a results-driven finance leader with over 12 years of experience in driving growth and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Finance Leader for Europe and North America at AfterShip since 2025, Joy has previously held significant positions at HEXO Corp and Kwantum Advisory Inc. Joy began their career as a General Accountant at Magna Powertrain before advancing to roles in financial analysis and business management. They graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from The University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business in 2012.
