Loring Liu

Loring Liu has extensive work experience in data science and management. Loring currently holds the position of Data Science Vice President at AfterShip. In this role, Loring is responsible for leading data science initiatives within the company. Prior to joining AfterShip, Loring worked at Tencent as the Vice Director of the Social Network Group Data Application Center. During their tenure, they oversaw team management and technical leadership for the Social Network Group Big Data team, focusing on areas such as personalization systems, user profiling, natural language processing, credit assessment, and data science. Before that, Loring worked as a Consultant of Data Science at Tencent, providing expertise in the field.

Loring Liu earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Peking University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, Liu studied at Sun Yat-sen University from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a degree in 统计学 (Statistics).
