Marcus Erb

Marcus Erb serves as the Vice President of Data Science & Innovation at Great Place to Work US, where leadership of a team of data scientists focuses on enhancing the company's application of machine learning and advanced analytics to create predictive models and data-driven products. Previously, Marcus held the position of Director, Client Insights, overseeing research initiatives to link HR data with business performance. In earlier roles as Senior Research Partner and Senior Consultant, Marcus collaborated with HR leaders to improve workplace culture by analyzing employee sentiment data.
