Hari Sundaram

Hari Sundaram is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing plant operations and driving continuous improvement. Currently serving as Global Tolling Manager and Regional Plant Manager at Afton Chemical since August 2017, Hari oversees multiple plants in the Southeast region. Prior experience includes roles at SunCoke Energy, where responsibilities involved leading a team of 68 in a 24/7 coke and steam-generating facility, and at DuPont, where achievements included increasing productivity by 16% and successfully promoting a fully sold-out site to profitability. Additionally, Hari has a foundational background in research and development at Hydrogenics, focusing on fuel cell technologies. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Rice Business, a Master's in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras.
