Patrik Syk

Patrik Syk has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Patrik began their career in 2009 as a Press Manager and Editor for the Gothia Cup, the largest football tournament in the world. In 2010, they worked as a Reporter for SVT and later as a Producer for IEC In Sports. Patrik returned to SVT as a Reporter in 2010, before joining Aftonbladet in 2011 as a Product Manager. At Aftonbladet, they held various roles including Podcast Manager and Head of Podcast and Voice. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, building partnerships, and overseeing the production of popular podcasts such as Lilla Drevet, #Fallet, Aftonbladet Story, and #Sillypodden. Patrik's expertise also extended to voice platforms like Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Patrik'swork at Aftonbladet spanned from 2011 to the present.

Patrik Syk obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Gothenburg, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from DPI (Design och Publicering på Internet) between 2000 and 2002.
