I didn’t just happen.

A few people who had spent years living marketing came to me one day.

They’d seen the industry change more times than they could count. They’d worked on brands, solved problems, learnt things the hard way, and realised one thing…

The future wasn’t going to belong to people working in silos anymore.

So they asked me,

“Will you come build something with us?”

I said, “I’d love to.”

“But I have three conditions.”

“I need the freedom to stay Agile. I want people who believe in Fusion, because the best ideas come when different minds work together. And whatever we build… we build it Unified.”

They looked at each other.

Smiled.

And said,

“Deal.”

That’s how I got my name.

I’m AFU.
And this is just the beginning.
