Patrizia Marraghini is an accomplished legal and board governance professional with extensive experience in international legal affairs and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Independent Board member at STOA Infra & Energy and as an Independent Director at AFYREN where Patrizia also chairs the Audit Committee, Patrizia has held significant roles at Saipem SA and Keolis, among others. In the latter, responsibilities included managing international development project legal matters across numerous countries and leading a multicultural legal team. Patrizia's prior experience encompasses senior legal positions at Veolia Environnement, EDF, and SAUR, with a focus on major renewable energy projects, public service concessions, and extensive contract negotiations.
