Shannon Finch

Shannon Finch has a long and varied work history, beginning in 2008. Shannon began as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also held positions as a Teaching Assistant for two classes. In 2009, they became a Junior Consultant at Integrated Financial Analytics Research, LLP. In 2012, they moved to the Farm Credit Administration as a Financial Analyst and Statistical Modeler. In 2013, they took on the role of Senior Data Scientist and Team Lead at Dematic North America, and in 2021 they became the Lead Data Scientist at Ag-Analytics.

Shannon Finch completed their Associate of Arts in Economics from Grand Rapids Community College in 2006. Shannon then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Grand Valley State University in 2008. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011.
