Dimo has a 10+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer, with focus on Real Estate M&A, Financing and Asset Management.

Prior to joining AG Capital in 2018 Dimo spent 6 years as a lawyer in DGKV, one of the top three Bulgarian law firms, and has advised on several of the most complex transactions in SEE. He gained in-depth expertise and diverse experience in structuring and deploying investments.

His robust legal experience encompasses the fields of international M&A, Private Equity, Structuring of Real Estate and Project Finance Transactions, Construction (FIDIC), Banking and Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Lending, Financial Regulatory Compliance

Dimo holds a Master of Law degree from Sofia University.
