Frischknecht Martin

Frischknecht Martin currently serves as Leiter Dienste and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at Ingesa AG since November 2022, as well as Verwaltungsratspräsident at Buchhandlung im Licht AG since May 2023. Martin has been a member of the Verwaltungsrat at both Steinegg AG and AG Cilander since June 2019, and holds a position on the Verwaltungskommission of Sozialversicherungen Appenzell Ausserrhoden since April 2016. Previously, Martin served as Group CFO and Partner at GEOINFO Gruppe, overseeing multiple subsidiaries until September 2023. Early career experiences include roles in controlling and central bookkeeping at Dipl. Ing. Fust AG and Credit Suisse. Martin's educational background includes a CAS in General Management from Universität Rochester Bern, a Mediator qualification from Institut Perspektiva, and a Betriebsökonom FH degree from Fachhochschule Ostschweiz, complemented by a Matura in mathematical and natural sciences from Kantonsschule Trogen.
