Sean Ealy

Sean Ealy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Safeway, where they led a team of department managers and was responsible for employee development, scheduling, merchandising, and customer support. Sean then transitioned into the sales industry, starting as a Sales Representative at Canyon Machinery, where they managed construction rentals and sales accounts. After a year, they moved on to Arizona Production Machinery, where they served as a Sales Representative, managing a large territory and key accounts in the Phoenix area. Sean then joined AutoFarm as a Territory Sales Manager before finally landing at Ag Leader Technology. At Ag Leader Technology, they worked their way up from Territory Manager to Sales Manager - North America to their current role as Director of North America Sales and Marketing.

Sean Ealy attended the University of Oregon from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
