Philippe Monserez is a Member of the Advisory Board at PropTech Lab and Asoreco. Philippe serves as the Chief Design & Build Officer (CDBO) at AG REAL ESTATE, where Philippe manages design-and-build activities for real estate projects. Philippe also holds the title of Programme Director for the PPP 'Scholen van Morgen' and Co-Head of Development Benelux at AG REAL ESTATE. With an extensive background in program management in the corporate real estate sector, Philippe has contributed to significant restructuring and integration projects at companies like BNP PARIBAS FORTIS and FORTIS BANK. Prior to their corporate roles, Philippe worked as a structural engineer and project manager at N.V. AGROTECHNIC. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and Construction from the University of Ghent, along with additional qualifications in commercial engineering and performance measurement and verification analysis.
