Malik Somani

Malik Somani is an experienced HR professional with a background in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and HR Analyst at the Aga Khan Development Network since October 2016, Malik has previously held positions as an Operations Manager and Technical Recruiter - Intern at Confidential and EmergiTel, respectively. Malik's earlier roles include Associate Human Resource Manager at the IFFCO Group of Companies, where significant contributions were made towards implementing the Oracle ERP – Payroll HRMS Module and managing HR processes. Malik began a career in HR as a Management Trainee at the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan, performing initial resume screenings and payroll activities. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Iqra University, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karachi University.
