Sameer Lakhani

Sameer Lakhani currently serves as the Head of Administration & Strategic Operations at the Aga Khan Council for the UK within the Aga Khan Development Network since April 2018. Previous roles include Executive Officer (Director) at the Aga Khan Council for the UK and Senior Marketing Lead at King's College London. Sameer has extensive experience in marketing and recruitment, having held positions such as Head of Marketing & UK Student Recruitment at the University of East London, and various leadership roles in marketing at Aga Khan University, the Institute of Education at the University of Reading, Imperial College London, and Brunel University. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing Strategy and International Business from Lancaster University and a Master of Research in Education Management from the University of Reading, complemented by additional executive education from Harvard Business School in 2021.
