Saumil Barolia

Saumil Barolia, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Saumil currently holds the position of Assistant Director at Aga Khan Development Network since 2019, where they are responsible for sales, marketing, and CRM activities for the Aga Hall Estate Redevelopment Project in Mumbai. Prior to this, Saumil worked at Godrej Properties Limited from 2012 to 2019, where they held various roles including Regional Quality Manager, Manager - Projects, Assistant Manager - Projects, and Senior Executive - Projects. During their time at Godrej, they were involved in infrastructure development, project management, collaboration with design and regulatory teams, and successfully delivered multiple projects. Saumil also gained experience as a Project Trainee at Larsen & Toubro and Torsion Engineers & Consultants, and as a Research Intern at KBM Engineering and Research Laboratory. Overall, Saumil brings a strong skill set in project management and a successful track record in the real estate industry.

Saumil Barolia, PMP, has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) - Hons. degree in Civil Construction from CEPT University, obtained from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, Saumil attended St Xavier's High School in Ahmedabad from 1994 to 2007 for primary and secondary education.

In terms of certifications, Saumil has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In August 2016, Saumil earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. They also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BMGI in August 2016. Prior to that, in January 2016, Saumil obtained the Internal Auditor - QMS & Safety certification from Godrej Properties Ltd. Saumil also earned the Problem Solving Practitioner certification from BMGI in August 2015.

In April 2020, Saumil obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration, Business Ethics, Communicating Across Cultures, Creative Thinking, Design Thinking: Customer Experience, Excel and Visio: Generating Diagrams Automatically, Excel: Tracking Data Easily and Efficiently, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Sales: Referral Selling.
