William Drake Phillips serves as the Programme Manager for Central Asia at the Aga Khan Education Service since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of Performance at Hertfordshire London Colleges KSA, where project coordination across colleges and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders were focal points. Earlier positions include ESL Instructor and Consultant in Libya, ESP Instructor and Syllabus Designer at Saudi Electronic Services Polytechnic, and IELTS Examiner with the British Council. Teaching roles span multiple countries and institutions, including Wall Street Institute in Milan and ILA Vietnam, focusing on English language instruction for various demographics. William holds a Master's degree in Educational Planning, Economics, and International Development from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and several teaching qualifications from the University of Cambridge.
