The Leadership Team at the Aga Khan Foundation is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and overseeing financial stewardship across the organization's diverse range of development initiatives. Comprising key executives such as the Chief Executive Officer of Madagascar, the Regional Chief Operations Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer, this team drives policy dialogue, develops partnerships, and mobilizes resources to maximize the impact of AKF's interventions in agriculture, education, health, and more, particularly focusing on the empowerment of women and girls in marginalized communities.
