Salim Hemani

Salim Hemani is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and IT support. Currently working in the Finance Department at Aga Khan Foundation Canada since March 2016, Salim has previously held positions at Chatur Holdings Limited as an Accountant, where responsibilities included managing full cycle accounts, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting. Salim's accounting expertise also extends to roles at Fazal Development Network Inc. and as a Controller at Leader Automotive, Inc. Additionally, Salim has experience as an IT/Accounts Officer at Diamond Trust Bank Uganda, Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Post Diploma Certificate in Retirement Community Management from Algonquin College, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting and Finance from Karachi University, and a Diploma in Computer Science from the New Institute of Data Processing.
