Maliha Murtaza Khan

Maliha Murtaza Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Aga Khan University since November 2016, Maliha leads initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity across the University. Prior roles at Aga Khan University include Director of Learning & Organizational Development and Senior Manager of HR, focusing on various aspects of talent development and performance management. Earlier experience includes positions at GroupM Pakistan, where Maliha was the Head of HR, and at the Institute of Business Management, where roles included Assistant Manager of the Business Support Center. Maliha holds a BBA/MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management and completed the International Visitor Leadership Program on Gender Inclusion in the Workplace through the US Department of State in 2020.
