Pamela Lacey has had a significant amount of work experience in the legal field, particularly in environmental and regulatory counseling. Pamela began their career as an Associate at Bishop, Liberman, Cook, Purcell & Reynolds in 1984 and then moved to Newman & Holtzinger, P.C., where they worked as an Associate, focusing on environmental and energy practice. In 1994, they joined Coffield, Ungaretti & Harris as a Partner. Pamela later transitioned to the American Gas Association, where they held various roles, including Senior Managing Counsel, Chief Regulatory Counsel, and Chief Regulatory Counsel for Environment. Pamela's expertise lies in advising on matters related to federal and state regulatory programs, litigation, and NEPA.
Pamela Lacey's education history begins in 1973 when they attended Bryn Mawr College. Pamela obtained a Bachelor's degree in History, graduating with an A.B. cum laude in 1977. Later, from 1980 to 1984, they attended The George Washington University Law School where they earned a J.D. degree.
