Jason Smith

Jason Smith has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Against The Grain since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior General Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from March 2012 to August 2020, where they successfully managed all brewing and restaurant operations. Before that, they were the Corporate Executive Chef at Phoenix Restaurant Group from October 2009 to February 2012, overseeing the culinary operations of three different restaurant concepts.
