Theodore Miller serves as the Agricultural Real Estate Attorney for AgAmerica Lending, joining the team in August 2020. T-Buddy earned his Bachelor of Science in agriculture with a minor in agricultural and natural resource law from the University of Florida before entering the UF Levin College of Law, where he graduated in 2018 with a J.D. degree.
As a firm advocate for Florida’s agricultural roots, T-Buddy remains actively involved in both the agricultural and law communities. During his summers in college, he worked for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Bayer Crop Science as a Citrus Scout. He attended the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Leadership Institute and served as president of both the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Council and the agricultural fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho. During law school, he was elected president of Florida Blue Key and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame in 2015.
In his professional career, T-Buddy has worked with Miller Law, P.A., as a summer associate promoted to associate attorney, since 2016. He is a third-generation lawyer with a passion for the agriculture industry.
As the Agricultural Real Estate Attorney for AgAmerica, T-Buddy oversees the closing department. With the help of his academic career and various leadership role experience, he prioritizes efficiency and compliance throughout the documentation and loan creation process.
