James Borden III

James Borden III has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their service in the US Air Force from 1989 to 2002. During this time, they held the role of Information Mgmt Systems and was awarded Airman of the Year in the USAF Europe U.K. James then moved to Uniserval Bancorp in 2002, where they served as Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for allocating sales team resources, producing executable plans, and staying in compliance with state loan originating laws. From 2005 to 2015, they were the Principal Owner of USREIC LLC, where they were involved in purchasing residential 2-4 unit apartment buildings. In 2015, they co-founded Agami Technologies, where they served as President. Most recently, James has been the Co-Founder of Stikkum since 2019, a “no-touch service” that is a full-service mortgage client, retention, engagement, and customer relationship-building solution.

James Borden III attended the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing.
