Belle M. has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, recently serving as a Consultante en achat at Sapura Energy Berhad from July to October 2023, where responsibilities included establishing local procurement functions and developing internal purchasing procedures for the oil sector in Congo. Prior experience at Chevron from March 2018 to June 2022 involved managing a diverse portfolio of strategic purchases in various sectors and evaluating tender processes. Belle M. has also worked as an Acheteuse at SERVTEC Congo, managing direct purchases for a fleet of oil vessels, and provided administrative purchasing support as an Assistante Achat at Chevron Overseas Congo Limited. Early career experience includes roles in communication and administration at cabinet dentaire SEMINET. Belle M. holds a Diplôme d'études supérieures en management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de l’Université Marien NGOUABI and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at INEAD.
