Maxence CARLIER

Maxence Carlier is a Business Partner Senior at Agap2 in the aerospace, defense, and space sector, collaborating with business engineers to aid in commercial development and recruitment processes. They previously worked as a Conseiller Manpower at Manpower France, where they handled candidate sourcing and temporary work management. Since 2022, Maxence has served as a reservist in the French Army. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in International Development and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School and are also engaged in an Erasmus exchange program at Mälardalens universitet focused on Business Administration and Management.
