Justin Brookhart

Justin Brookhart is an experienced professional in public art, cultural economy, and operations management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Public Art and Placemaking at AGAR since June 2025, Justin previously held the position of Executive Director - BLINK and Senior Vice President of Cultural Economy at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber from January 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at the Better Business Bureau for the Heart of Texas, where responsibilities encompassed business planning and organizational management, and as Chief Operating Officer at Renegade Craft, focusing on growth within the creative economy. Justin also held various roles at Mondo, including Managing Director and Vice President of Operations, overseeing all aspects of business operations, as well as earlier experience in the film industry as an intern at Detour Filmproduction. Justin earned a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's Degree in Film Arts from the University of New Orleans.
