Lakshmi Narayanan M is a highly experienced Director of Operations & Analytics at Sportalytics Private Limited, overseeing performance analytics operations for the Indian Cricket Team since May 2016. Concurrently, Lakshmi has contributed as a High Performance Analyst for both the Chepauk Super Gillies and Gujarat Lions, achieving notable successes in the Tamil Nadu Premier League and Indian Premier League, respectively. With a longstanding association with Chennai Super Kings, Lakshmi has been instrumental in implementing technology-based player skill development since the team's inception.
