Rick Nichols

Rick Nichols has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Rick began their career in 1985 at Garrett Turbine Engine Company in various roles. In 1989, they moved to Garrett Auxiliary Power Division as a Superintendent Wheel Line Manufacturing and later as a General Supervisor Wheel Line Manufacturing. In 1993, they joined Allied Signal Engine Company as a Director Materials and Supply Chain Auxiliary Power and Business Unit Manager Sheet Metal. In 1997, they joined Allied Signal Areospace as a Director Business Development and Allied Signal Marketing Sales and Services as a Director Propulsion Aftermarket Services. In 2000, they joined Terex as Vice President and General Manager Terex Materials Processing and Terex Mining, and later as President Terex Cranes in 2008. From 2012 to 2017, they were the CEO of Goss International and from 2017 to present, they have been the CEO of Agate, Inc.

Rick Nichols obtained a Masters in International Management from AGSIM Thunderbird between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BSE in Engineering from Arizona State University between 1980 and 1985. Rick also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, obtained in 1994, and an APICS Certification.
