Insan Kamalia

Insan Kamalia is an experienced talent coordinator currently employed at Agate since January 2018, overseeing talent functions across project management, production, quality assurance, business development, creative production, and design domains. Previously, Insan held titles such as DesignOps Manager, responsible for managing operations within the Design and Writing Department, and Acting Writing Head/Manager, where responsibilities included setting the vision and strategy for the writing department, managing hiring processes, and facilitating wellbeing and career development for writers. Insan also has experience as a Content Team Lead and Instructional Designer, focusing on developing effective learning experiences. Prior to Agate, Insan worked as a 2D Game Artist at Naga Sembur and completed an internship as a designer at PLN Corporate University. Insan holds a Bachelor of Applied Engineering in Multimedia and Networking from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
