Nadège Bourdois is a seasoned Human Resources and Legal Manager with extensive experience in operational and strategic HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Agatha Inc., they previously held managerial positions at Medicrea, including Director of Legal and Human Resources, where they contributed significantly to corporate governance and compliance. Their career in HR began at Medicrea in 2002, and they also worked at MODJAW as a Human Resources & Legal Manager from 2022 to 2024. Nadège holds a Master’s degree from the Faculté des Sciences Economiques de l'Université de Rennes1, earned in 1995.
